Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Rutina. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Medical disclaimer — please read
Rutina is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device and not a source of medical advice. Features such as weight and blood-glucose tracking are for your own self-monitoring only. Rutina does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and its readings, charts, and target ranges must not be used to make medical decisions.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and rely on properly calibrated medical equipment for any clinical measurement. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
Using Rutina
You must be at least 16 years old to use Rutina. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
Your content
You own the goals, habits, check-ins, weekly reviews, and other content you create in Rutina. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the service can work. We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t use it to train anything or sell it. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using Rutina, you agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Attempt to access other users’ data, probe or breach our security, or disrupt the service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or use it to build a competing product from our data.
- Upload malicious code or use the app to harm others.
Availability and changes
Rutina is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running reliably, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service, at any time.
Your data is yours
You can export a complete copy of your data at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account whenever you like. We encourage you to keep your own backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rutina and the Rutina team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions — medical, financial, or otherwise — you make based on information in the app. Your use of Rutina is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using Rutina and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make a material change we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Rutina after a change means you accept the updated terms.
